The Nine Arches Bridge is 90 metres long and 24 metres high bridge built by British in 1921. It’s literately in the middle of the jungle, coconut trees and growing tea.
We still remember our first look at this scene and how we were amazed by the architecture of this bridge and the composition in the green lush around.
It´s allowed to walk on the bridge, just watch your step as it´s almost 30 metres high! No entrance fee or ticket needed.
The train goes 6x per day but the time schedule is changing all the time and often the train is late, so you will be the best of to ask in your accommodation about the up-to-date time schedule for train passing by.
