Siargao Island is something different than what we have experienced in other parts of the Philippines. You could easily spend here a week or two. Just driving your scooter around thousand of coconut trees, surfing on one of the best waves in the Philippines, watch the sunset on white sandy beaches. Oh and Siargao offers island hopping tours too! Read our guide on how to get to Siargao Philippines.
Siargao was for us the one with the best atmosphere. The idyllic balance between being touristically developed yet with a local life feeling will give you a town called General Luna.
Siargao is a place where you will find so many beautiful places to stay, to relax by the pool during the day and have drinks on the beach during the night. As well you will finally find some great western food options! Yet with so many local street food places, fruit and veggie markets, and second-hand markets.
